ratatouille



the farm stands are bursting with goodness. how i love this time of year.
every week i gather vegetables such as eggplants, courgettes, tomatoes, peppers
and onions cut them all random size pieces . a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, sliced garlic
at the bottom in a large creuset pot, then the vegetables go in followed with pepper,cumin and salt.
oh how i love this.
